Hi Everyone!

I’m so happy to still have the honour of being a part of the Inkido team.
Very many of those talented girls I have admired for a long time has now joined the team and I think 2014 will bring tons of great inspiration for many crafty souls out there.

Today I have a book card for you. I decided I wanted to make some gifts for upcoming gatherings and dinners with friends. Instead of chocolates, this time I filled my gifts with small candles.

The fun part of these book cards is that when the candles are gone you can still use it for smaller keepsakes or for example jewelry at your night stand.

March Challenge - "The Great Outdoors" - With Kelly

Hi there, Inkido friends and fans! Kelly here, and I am glad you stopped in today. This month I get to introduce our new challenge for the month, and the challenge is called "The Great Outdoors" and I challenge you to use a photo or image on your project that was taken of an outdoor activity! Pretty easy, no?

Here is my page I created of my daughter Lilah, playing in the woods last fall. I used the Beautiful Memories collection, along with some flowers and tiffany jewels to match. 

"Enchanting Fall"

 I did lots of stamping, misting, and inking with Distress inks to alter the papers just a bit to compliment my photo. A few layers of some of the gorgeous papers along  with a bit of burlap and cardboard were added for texture and dimension.

Everything was given a layer of yellow/gold mist for a little extra sparkle.

Challenge Rules:

1. You are allowed to make a card , layout or altered/off the page project as long as you follow the  challenge specifications..to include a photo (or other image) that was taken or is of the outdoors.

  2.   Projects must be linked up via our Linky .

 3.  You may submit as many entries as you like for this  challenge and combine your entry with up to 2 other challenges.

 4.  It is required that you mention in your blog post that you are playing along at Inkido  TOGETHER with a link back to our blog. 

 5. All entries must be received by the end of March 2013.

6.  If you are using Papercraft Scandinavia or Inkido product please let us know what is it.

7. Have fun!!
