Beautiful Memories - Kelly

Hi everyone! Kelly here today to share a couple of layouts I have created with the gorgeous Beautiful Memories collection.

Happy Spring

With this layout, I decided to do something a bit different with the Beautiful Memories papers, I cut and tore, and distressed and stitched various strips of scraps from other projects, and layered them for my background, then added some lace and other fibers, and misted in various colors to really bring out the gorgeous colors in this collection and show how the soft colors can work on a "bright" page, as well.

I adore the pearls and jewels, and have strewn them randomly throughout my page, and added a few to this fussy cut butterfly, as well. The flowers have all also been altered a bit with some misting, as well, to match my page.
I created this layout for a challenge being held over at Berry71bleu by our very own Anupama, to create a "white space" layout.

This next one is a little more "classic" styled. I knew instantly that those little birdies in the corner needed to be cut to frame my layout, and I loved both sides of this paper so much I just needed to find a way to use both from the same sheet! So I cut a frame for my page, then used the remaining inside piece and flipped it around.

 More fussy cut butterflies and flowers, pearls, and lace to perfectly embellish my page.
