Too Cute with Beautiful Memories & Spring Time

Hi Inkido fans! Happy Tuesday!

It's Romy here and today I would like to show you a monochromatic lay-out that I made with two beautiful Inkido collections: Beautiful Memories and Spring Time. I choose blue papers from both collections and used them to make this lay-out.

Inkido supplies:
Beautiful Memories collection:
Blue Butterflies
Butterfly Borders
Beautiful Blue
Spring Time collection:
Sweet Angels
Valentine Hearts

As you can see, I did lots of layering on this lay-out. I layered both papers and embellishments upon each other.

The beautiful butterflies are all cut out from the "Butterflies border" paper. I embellished them with a pearl and some glitter glue.

Thank you for your visit to the Inkido blog today! I hope you enjoyed my blogpost.

Have a wonderful day!

My Roots Treasure Box by Yasmin Tölche

Hi! It's Yasmin on the blog today and with a little Treasure Box. This months Challenge is all about Roots and I made a little box to keep small treasures from my roots.

The box I've made is a small box made of wood that I've covered with Papers for the latest collection. I've also decorated with Inkido flowers and pearls.

The flowers matched the papers perectly and are of great quality. The box has room for small pictures, trinkets inside.

I've put som pictures of my father when he was little and a necklace piece I got from my Grandmother. It's on of my favorite treasures.

It's still time to join in the challenge!! :)

Thank you for stopping by the Inkido blog today! :)

'Three', using the new collection.

Hi it's Bente here and I have a new page to share with you.

I used the latest Spring Time paper collection for it!!
The pictures were taken a few years back at the beginning of the school holidays.

I cut a frame from the pink music paper and added it as a border to the pink heart paper. I used the dotty paper from the Beautiful memories collection for a bit of a contrast and added some gesso and even some coloured mist.

I picked different coloured flowers from my stash and used my Big Shot to diecut some mini rosette flowers and a couple of labels that I layered on top of eachother.

I like to let the mist/paint run a bit to add some more interest to my page.
I hope you like what I had to show you today and also that you have been able to get hold of some of the new papers. If you cannot find the different Inkido collections please ask your local
scrapbook store to order them for you :-) as they are really pretty.

REMEMBER WHEN ...

Hello everyone !

It's time today for me to share with you my new layout made with our new Spring Ttime colletion !
In this collection, there is some papers that  i love particulary, and some colours too ! And When i rceince a new collection of papers, i try  always to examine  which combinaitions of colours we can make. It is as if I was trying to create my own combo. So, in this collection, there is a beautiful blue/green with which the cream goes very well. To create my layout, i was inspired with these colours, and then  I highlighted this blue / green with inks and embellishments.
